Bloom Fitness is a community around fitness and wellness that provides athletes with a place to belong. The program offers people with intellectual and developmental disABILITIES an inviting and safe environment to exercise, learn about healthy lifestyle choices, and have social interaction. Our classes offer cycling, yoga, pilates, dance, and weights which serve to enhance the overall wellness of each Athlete through education and encouragement. Help us grow by taking part. Our Class Types

Strength is a 40-minute high-energy and no impact exercise class that combines lightweights with small movements. This class focuses on overall strength while ensuring everyone has fun and feels comfortable, yet challenged!


This 40-minute adaptive class builds strength, improves mobility and improves overall health and emotional well-being. Mynette & Kasey will guide you through the practice.


The foundations of Pilates movement apply to athletes of all fitness levels. Building from core strength and a body/mind integrative approach make Pilates accessible to all.


Our volunteer instructors Patrina and Beryl will lead you through these great dance classes. Get your move on with some fun music. No dance skills required. If you like music, this class is for you.


A very low-impact workout, our classes are filled with fun music and energy. Have fun with your friends while you push yourself and break a sweat. Our indoor cycling classes help boost your energy, keep you in shape, and build relationships with the athletes around you.
